The Δ formula ((level(P) − level(D)) / 100) × Max100 compensates every recruit's downline contribution — until the Direct Recruit catches up (breakaway at MAX100).
Your level never decreases
Once you hit a level, you stay there. INV-MATH-006 is enforced at the DB layer, the comp engine, and surfaced on every screen. No clawback can drop your level.
